It’s snowing really bad…. and I lost control of my car and it spun out and I took out a street sign :-( and my bumper is sorta hanging off on one side.  :-( But I missed the power pole and didn’t hit any other cars or injure myself and all that happened is my bumper is hanging off so it could be worse. :-P

If this bill is approved by the full Senate, it will grant greater access to the proceedings of the court.
