I’ve lost 25 lbs since I moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan. I weigh 145 but part of it is being broke, and not having my Favorite great places to eat.
We don’t Have Chipotle, Chik-Fil-A , P.F. Changs, Macaroni Grill, There’s one place for Tapas….. and its expensive…. it’s Kalamazoo!!!! It’s not like Jose Andreas prepared them...

When I cook, I think about the night we stumbled to my apartment and drunkenly made pasta. You used all the tomatoes and way too much garlic. Best I ever had.
